In the Company was developed a highly effective security system for critical infrastructure (CI) based on sensory units – reliable, fail-safe and extremely low rate of false signals. At the same time, we are creating specialized field for development and production of means, modules and subsystems for the protection of critical infrastructure (CIP). One of these products is a Countermeasure Device ARC – 1.
This is a portable complex for non-lethal countermeasures against intruders in the area of security and protection of CI. The complex, as well as all the equipment to it (including ammunitions) is entirely developed in the Company and can be used for different purposes and objects.
All this makes it independent of external supply and maintenance and enables the end user to provide a reliable and high quality support. The complex is suitable for repair, it is serviced easily and its exploitation does not require special materials or specialized equipment.
The command and control system of the complex is flexible and allows the same to be integrated into different systems for security and protection. It uses standard communication and information protocols, making it easy to manage and adaptable to command and control systems, even at the level C4I. It does not require special operator skills.
The complex can be upgraded depending on the requirements of the end user. Its fast operation (increasing the number of shots per minute) can be provided with an additional module.
Purpose: To obstruct and slow down intruders in the security area of CIP
Way of counteracting: To carry out signaling, alerting and security activities by firing.
Composition and general data:
- developed on the basis of a ballistic multi-barrel unit in two versions: on vehicle and stationary;
- can be used for shooting with a wide range of non-lethal ammunition: signaling – illuminating, near target illuminating, impact, flash-bang, ballistic destructive elements, smoke;
- ammunition caliber 40×46 (40×49);
- control panel for distant firing;
- system power 12V DC, 24V DC, 220V AC;
- shooting angle: from – 90 to 90 degrees – horizontally;
- Range – from 150 to 200 m (max. 300 – 400 m).
